Catharina Golz

Catharina Golz, nee Felser, is the founder and managing director of TEN TENTHS GmbH. In parallel to her own career behind the wheel – she successfully competed in Karting, Formula Ford, BMW Formula ADAC, up to the highly competitive Formula 3 – Catharina also very early on laid the foundation for a successful career outside the cockpit. From 2012, the qualified lawyer and PhD student in international sports law has proven herself on the pit wall as team manager of the renowned GT racing outfits Reiter Engineering and Marc VDS. Subsequently, Catharina followed the call of BMW Motorsport, where until the end of 2017 she was responsible for all the regulation matters in the DTM as well as the factory-supported customer racing programs.
